Sorry but I do not accept returns or cancellation, please contact me for any problem you might have with your order.

Processing time:

Standard orders are processed within a maximum of 5 working days. For custom orders, processing time varies.

Estimated delivery time:

European countries: 4-6 business days

Rusia: from 9 business days

América: 6 to 8 business days

Asia: 7 to 8 business days

Customs and import taxes:

When a package crosses a border, additional charges may apply. Any customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the client. Leirim is not responsible for additional costs and delays caused by customs. Please inquire at your country’s customs office for more information.

Shipping cost:

Shipping costs are for standard delivery and might vary depending on destination and package weight/number of boxes. The prices listed below are for packages up to 500 gr. For international delivery, you have the option with tracking number or without tracking number*.

Spain: Free shipping.

European countries including Greenland:

-Standard delivery with tracking number: 11,50€

-Standard delivery WITHOUT tracking number: 6,80€

Rest of countries except USA CANADA JAPAN & NEW ZEALAND :

-Standard delivery with tracking number: 14,75€

-Standard delivery WITHOUT tracking number: 10,45€

USA JAPAN CANADA & NEW ZEALAND:

-Standard delivery with tracking number: 14,75€

-Standard delivery WITHOUT tracking number: 10,45€

*For shipments without a tracking number, Leirim is not responsible for the loss of a package by post once shipped. To be able to trace your package, please choose the option with tracking number.

Reception: IMPORTANT

If the package is too large for your post office box (which is often the case), you´ll get a delivery notice instead and you must collect the package at your local post office. it is your duty to collect the package within the time indicated by the post service, otherwise the package will be sent back to Leirim and you will be charged for the cost incurred (return costs and costs for a second delivery)
